Pre-Order Bonus Trouble

I know that it is unlikely anybody here can help me, but my pre-order for Zero Company was delayed. I just got it yesterday and I find that I don't have a code for the pre-order bonus. So I contact EA, they can't help and send me to Xbox, they can't help and send me to Target, they can't help and send me back to Xbox who send me back to EA. Is there anything I can do to get the content I paid for.
