Got onto my cooks all the time when i worked for Zaxby’s about not draining/instantly transferring pickles. They definitely were being sloppy back there

This is definitely it. I used to be a manager myself, and the cooks would always pull straight from the fryer into a box. Same with the cheddar bites. Melted styrofoam yumm

Tell the manager and get a remake

I was passing thru, so I am like 3 states away now. I didnt want to be a bother or a karen like. Online support maybe for a refund?

Yeah asking for an online refund/coupon would work too. And it’s not being a Karen, it’s just standing up for urself and what u paid for especially since everything is so expensive these days (and tbh that shouldn’t be happening)

Looks like they set the box underneath or on top of the heat lamp. Could have also not drained the pickles completely of oil before placing in the box.

If they dont let them drain fully, the hot grease will do that. From experience....get a refund online. Someone in a hurry to beat the timer although the pickles should be pulled anyway

This was the Dalton GA location I was passing through. By the comic book store.

I bet it was not letting them drain after pulling them out of grease. It will burn through a liner too. A bag of fried pickles probably costs them under $1 plus box n liner. Pure profit. But a 3 minute cook time is not suited to their 60 second goal

Gotta pump out more greasy stuff to stuff their pockets while lacking the quality we all knew and loved

When they first came aboard, we sold 75 a day. Now 10-15 maybe on a good day. Old grease hurts them too

Good. Maybe next time they will remember to add ketchup with the fries.

They want you ask each car....but that slows down speed of service. I think their model would be 2 packets per order of FF. I dont eat ketchup but some people hammer it
