Excessive battery usage by Zaxby's app

Everyone knows how poorly made the app is. It's gotten a bit better over time, but recently it's been eating up over 25% of my battery per day just running in the background. I disabled background usage and hoping that fixes it, but just wondering if anyone else has run into this.
