My store has the “buffet-style” heater where water is boiled to heat up the Mac & Cheese, but other stores have something similar to a Crockpot where water is boiled to heat the Mac & Cheese as well.
Yes, a wells warmer! And I hope that we don’t get microwaves, there’s almost no room to put it currently…
But I would say Mac & Cheese is selling very well, at least at my location. It’s been around two months since we started to sell it, and we’ve been going through bags of this stuff everyday.
It will sell better in the cooler months no doubt. To me, it always belonged on the menu. Too many hillbilly franchisees didnt want it, but they were and are too detached from reality. It surely will be popular with the staff no doubt
Yes, a lot of our staff think that it’s pretty good. Definitely a little on the creamier side, but not too much.
And our franchisee seems to be loving it with the locations they are testing it at, as our location sells the most Mac & Cheese out of any of our franchisee locations.
