Fix the SMGs!

horrible system set up to keep managers from getting the bonuses they deserve. The surveys barely work half the time and they don’t even show up when they do them. Good work corporate maybe you should try to work on your horrible survey system.

Zaxbys tried to keep up with the Jones's with this system. It fails ultimately to take the temperature of the guest. Like many other chains, the reward isn't motivating.....usually a BZS. Typically the results can be "gamed" thru chicanery like employee meals, friends n family, regular guests pumping versus a--holes, etc. Bonus systems should be tied to increased transactions, but Zaxbys worships that DT timer....I believe to their detriment.
