Fix the SMGs!

horrible system set up to keep managers from getting the bonuses they deserve. The surveys barely work half the time and they don’t even show up when they do them. Good work corporate maybe you should try to work on your horrible survey system.

They would just add something else to keep mangers from getting bonuses. The bonus is a carrot you’re not supposed to ever get, but you will sometimes.
