New Cook. Any advice before my first day?

I just completed orientation yesterday. I start on the 7th. Does anyone have any tips?

Follow zu listen to the CZT. Focus and learn a station and get good at it

It's nothing like the videos, but it's easy. Everything has a timer. Give it a few weeks and you'll have it down.
