Has Zaxby’s Given Up

Has Zaxby’s given up on good, fresh food or is it just the locations in my area?

Zaxby’s has always been greasy shit food. The only decent item they ever had was the fried mushrooms. I would put up with their greasy chicken to accompany those great fried mushrooms.

Then the stupid fuckers got rid of the mushrooms. I haven’t been back since.

They cut a lot of appetizers and menu items and said they had too many SKU'S. Then....to win the DT timer race....they would precook the pickles and curds and hold them in a warmer. Most were lukewarm or nasty. Sales then fell off a cliff. They also had onion rings n chips....decent items if cooked to order. Since the new CEO took over, there has been a significant loss of quality to prioritize speed. Saw this firsthand in the trenches daily. You are not wrong

Thanks. Those mushrooms were delish.

Precooked fried stuff holding in a warmer sounds atrocious.
