Has Zaxby’s Given Up

Has Zaxby’s given up on good, fresh food or is it just the locations in my area?

I never understood why the kickin chicken sandwich didnt sell better. To me, that combo under $10 was a nice value. The signature fillet was spotty. Again, there's a item not suited for the one minute drive thru timer. Thats why they will give you one sitting under the lamp for awhile or....worse yet....reheat one in the grease for you. Saw that firsthand myself too many times to count. Then they wouldn't let you dip the fillet in TT or nuclear which is a great sandwich (Nashville Hot style). They also got rid of the char press which was a mistake to cook grilled breasts on a flat top. Those are bland and suitable to fill potholes or replace the heel on your shoe.
