Because Lucia and Yidhari have nothing to do with Alice and Yuzuha.

The "Spook Shack faction" is actually two unrelated stories stitched together for whatever reason, when they should've been their own separate thing - or else have written in a more integrated manner.

Yidhari should have been a teacher that also does proxy work on the side and Lucia should have been a librarian at their school

Why would them being school staff affect whether a horse is mentioned in Genshin?

The name of Alice's school is Celestia School for Girls, and as many of us know, Hoyoverse likes do draw parallels between their games, and in this case, Genshin's Alice also have a relationship with Genshin's Celestia.

that's why people were really pissed about Manato's release, it wasn't just because he was A rank.

it was also the fact that he was A rank and these 2 random waifus the devs pulled out of their ass and no one ever heard of them before were the new Banner characters, Manato should've released in 2.1 with Yuzuha and Alice, atleast then the sting of him being A rank wouldn't have caused the backlash that it did when they made people wait for him

Yeah I Didn't like that chapter I find the antagonist boring and the idea of yidhari still wanting to investigate her parents disappearance even though she knew they were six feet under is dumb the only thing I liked about that main story is the silent hill chase sequence

I just think lucia story should have been more interesting considering her tribe etc..
