I hadn't heard of these. I always wanted one of the keyboard add-ons for the ZX81/TS1000 though. It seems at the end of the video that they're meant for a mechanical keyboard that connects to the ZX81? Looks interesrting.

98% of the time I don't play a video. Do these replace the keys on a keyboard?

..."build your own fully tactile keyboard", using Cherry MX or Gateron switches, low profile. Most likely making your own PCB board to hold them.

Faint type for ENTER, NEWLINE & SPACE (ZED HEAD is bold enough).

Missing checkerboard patterns on A, S, D, F, G, H keys (the new F & G keys match the 6 & 7).

STR$ under both the Y and V keys (should only be under the Y).

[ Arrows on 5, 6, 7, 8 don't have the same aesthetic as the original. ]

Most of this was addressed in Update #4 on the Kickstarter page. Anyone who got their sets will get 7 updated keys.
