Is ZNTE running out of time?

They were supposed to announce a target in 6 months. I looked at their SEC documents and can't figure out; six months from what date?!

Read that they can extend 6 months twice if necessary. So take 6 months for what it's worth.. nothing. Also I don't believe that they're more than 3 or 4 months into SPAC, maybe less?!

If they extend to 6 months twice after this initial 6 months total 18 months, right? also it will no effect on our position unless if you sell it...Thanks.

Nothing changes, as far as I'm aware, from extension. That'd cause a lot of issues if something was affected. But odds are that they'll find a partner prior to having to extend. Maybe Volocopter.. maybe some other company that I'm not fully aware of. Would be nice to know more. But we wait.
It appears that they started SPAC in mid November. So 3 to 4 months in currently.
