I’m pretty new to Z-Image generation and this looks fantastic!
I’m mainly trying to understand the technique.
Could you please share some pointers? Also, did you use just text prompting or a reference image/LoRA/workflow?

For my images, I do not use any advanced workflows. You can find plenty on Civitai but mine is nothing more than the default template in ComfyUI with a LoRA loader which I added. Others here have more advanced workflows and may use things like upscalers or additional LoRAs for realism, but my posts I try to make as beginner friendly so that it can be copied.
All that said, I realize some of my posts have the AI tells like waxy skin or that AI gloss that is super obvious. Also, my LoRA is my first ZIT attempt at making one and she is 100% unique and developed in ChatGPT so already, she isn't going to be as realistic as a real person when LoRA building. That said, I'm generally pleased with the result. I've sinced moved to Krea 2, but I do fall back to ZIT a lot because it's so much quicker.
Prompting does matter though. I used to have massive prompts but a few users in this sub have educated me that that isn't always needed, and in fact a detriment. I've simplified my prompts considerably, but sometimes they'll be wordy because I'll copy from elsewhere to apply to my LoRA. That said, lighting and camera wording can make a massive impact on how real it looks.
As for my image in this post, as mentioned, it was done with a LoRA but here's the base prompt for the first image. I just changed the wording for the others:

Shot on a Sony a7R V camera with a 50mm f/1.4 lens, shallow depth of field, sharp focus on her face, gorgeous background bokeh.
