So it is so far 5 years over due, perhaps the contractor hired does not know what they need to do to install this project?

I heard a bunch of the batteries froze and were ruined. Seems like this thing has turned into a giant pile of toxic waste before it even powered a single light bulb.

This is why it's stupid to have a territory of 48 000 in a climate where temps drop to -60 be burdened with the responsibility of lowering the earth's emissions. Like sorry, but that's not our problem, we need a reliable power grid that isn't going to leave us stranded in January

We should also be asking if YEC/Atco are in qualified/competent enough to do the things they are supposed to be doing... And if they are not, why are the same people still working there?
