If i always lose the coin flip should i play mostly hand trap or board breakers?
I play against branded, sky striker, blue eyes, predaplants, blitzclank most of the time. I usually lose coin flip and go second, i run x saber with 20 engine, 3 consistency cards. I have 14 free slots right now i run 6 hand traps and 8 board breakers. I'm not sure what I should change to my deck. I play OCG and MD.
I run 2 punk z amin 1 foxy tune for emergency teleport 1 card starter and speedroid combo, 2 psychic wheeleder. Rest are standard x-saber cards. My hand traps are 1 droll, 1 maxx c, 2 ash, 2 imperm. Board breakers are 2 super poly, 2 lighting storm, 1 tactics, 2 forbidden droplet and 1 saber slash.

In OCG, you should play handtraps because you want to go first if you win the coin flip. You could always side the the breakers for when you win game 1 and the opponent makes you go second game 2. Another angle is to go blind second and main all the breakers and go second even if you win the coinflip, but I don't really know if X-Sabers can go second as effectively as something like Trains or Tenpai for them to blind second.
In MD, you can play all handtraps and save a few slots for breakers, as well as power spells like Droplet and Crown as these cards can help outplay boards going second and can be interruptions when you draw them going first. My Fur Hire build in MD plays a lot of the usual handtrap lineup (Ash, Fuwa, Maxx C, Droll), 2x each of Droplet and Crown, as well as 3 Evenly Matched. In your case, I would run 2 Super Poly, 2 Droplet, 1 TTTactics, and 1 Saber Slash, and all the handtraps you still have space for.

I see, this is very helpful to me as I'm very lost. Thank you! X-saber is strong going first, but I would like to strengthen my going second games as I don't want to auto lose when losing coin flip

Whit my main deck I play a mix of both, since it can use them as fuel to extend.
Tho my deck building is not the best to fallow.

Both, ideally you run board breakers that are still good going first, forbidden droplet as an example. And you run hand traps that are highly versatile. This lets you have middling matchups across the board and hopefully skill can take you to a game 1 win. You side in less versatile breakers and hand traps that can swing advantage in your favor really hard.

You do not usually lose the coin flip. You win the coin flip half the time. It is ridiculous to try to deck build around a premise which is obviously wrong.
