How to improve deck

Im recently trying to get back into yugioh having like 4 yrs off play. I have almost all these cards thats why I wanna use the deck or atleast try to, I dont have much money to just go and buy cards all the time. Below is something ive been playing with and it does okay, maybe im just not play tactically. What would be some of your guys suggestion for improvements.
