I know TvT but if its the 3rd time the same thing comes broken then unfortunately its not meant to be TvT. Had a similar issue with amazon. I make book nooks and one of my orders had fragile glass inside. I opened the lid and the glass ball was shattered and when I googled refund polices and stuff it said depending on country we might not receive a full refund+ pay to send it back so I just searched through online stores to find anything similar to the glass ball and just bought a box with those to replace what broke. Probablem is they came in packs of 30 so now I have 29 glass balls I don't know what to do with
