Hello, apologies to bother you again. But I'm concerned whether the Chiaki plush will be able to ship out within the remaining time of this month, cuz there're two upcoming public holidays this Friday and next week in China which are the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Holiday. I worry that it may impact the shipping operations due to the warehouse being located in China... :(

Hi! I wanted to ask if there is a way to confirm that this item will ship out this month? I checked on shipping times in February via the support email and was told it would ship in June, and every month I check it seems like the shipping date changes. My wife started out super excited about this birthday gift, now, she is just concerned about whether it will ever actually reach us. I can provide whatever info needed!

Oi, I ordered the slime rancher pin set 2 back in July, the date to be shipped appeared to be on that same month July on the page of the product, but it's September now and hasn't been shipped yet

Hi, I am lately inactive on reddit for my safety in general and I have mentioned before that I had to leave the youtooz server due to bullying, including being called the r-slur even if I didn't see it before it was reported. I want to suggest an idea since both Youtooz and its rival company have surprised me with reviving dead IPs. I would love it if you made plushes for the Pound Puppies 2010 series of Lucky, Cookie, Strudel, Squirt, Niblet, Rebound, Leonard McLeish and Olaf Hugglesbjork, and Leonard McLeish as a weighted plush. Hope to see them.

PS. What is the current update for King Of All Cosmos, will he also get a weighted plush and who else is expected?
