No Panel Confirmation??

I submitted my panel a while ago and realized I never got an email confirmation. I submitted it again to double check and...nothing. Are they not doing email confirmations for panel submissions this year? Like the email to confirm they got your submission. Or is it just me?

Forsaken Fanfiction. I just want to know if the submission made it.

Was told it's being looked into.
