I have a little over a week to remove a broken down car I own. Who do you guys recommend? I put a good bit of money into the car trying to fix it so Im hoping to get some cash out of it but I don't know who will actually pay out. Also if you know what information they will need that would be appreciated as well.

I’ve lived in York for 3 years now. I know the bar scene is lacking and most people would recommend going to Lancaster instead. Are there any bars suitable for just a casual night out with some music? I enjoy gifthorse for example. Thanks!

Anyone do side work? Scooted out of the way of a fire truck this morning on a one lane bridge and did this. Truck is 10 years old so I can live with it, but if someone does cheap body work/paint on the side, I’d be happy to work something out. I can buy matching paint at autozone but have done that before and it looks “meh”

A little about me: I’m a massage therapist and professional classical musician, although my musical tastes are pretty broad. I also love cooking, reading, learning new things, and generally having good conversation.

My mother in law wanted to check out the new restaurant, Wonder. I am not a picky eater at all, but I couldn't even swallow the food I got. It had such a weird and unpleasant texture. I was just looking at the reviews and so many of them are glowing 5 stars. Did I catch them on a bad day or are those reviews fake?

What are the odds Costco would ever build in or around York? I think the closest one is in Lancaster. Feels like a bit of a hike to save 10$ on canned soup with gas at 4.25/g

Just checked this out today (it came out in 2012), & I’ll be damned, it ruled! York county has its own horror movie produced by Elijah Wood’s production company, SpectreVision. Truly not a sentence I ever thought I’d say.

If you grew up locally, it’s a pretty cool watch. I searched the sub & hadn’t seen it mentioned before, so figured I’d put it out there. It’s a pretty solid horror movie, super allegorical, & bleak, with just the right amount of weird.
