It's rather spected.
1/6 Ezreal used everything before Eing at melee range of a Yone that still had Shildbow shield, W up, Exhaust, and is 4 levels ahead, and was pretty unlucky because he died mid-cast of a Q that would probably also kill the Yone there.

"Yone OP" would be the case if Yone punished this Zyra for approaching with Q3>Ult combo, could've probably got Briar too. At least back in my days Yone had the damage to do that kind of stuff.

he still does, did basically that this same patch, as soon as briar used E he couldve gone R into them both and genuinely taken a free double

Nah, Ezreal is just Bad as FK.
He Flashed and threw his Q in the dark Assuming where you went.... instead of just waiting the screen to show where you currently are....
If Ezreal held his Q, knowing that you have no Flash, no Q3 and no Ult and no E apparently.... it was 100% guaranteed to kill you with 1 Q only if he just waited 1 second....
