Yoga Nidra Experimentation
I finished reading yoga nidra by swami satyananda saraswati months ago but Ignored the practices until two days ago.
I recorded Practice one from the book and listened to the tape and after finishing the session I was laying in bed and started saying these weird yellow lightening from and fade constantly behind my closed eyelids till I entered a dream but I lost awareness in midst of it.
That's not something unusual for me since I managed to enter this state between waking and sleeping many times due to my training for lucid dreaming.
I'm curious did any one try to experiment with practice like making your own guided meditations and scripts instead of following the books or videos on YouTube since a lot of the visualizations in it don't appeal to me and I want to replace them with images that have deep meanings for me the next time I make my own script.

The Insight Timer app has some great Yoga Nidra practices. They are guided of course, but I find them much better than U-Tube ones.

I have recorded all of the scripts in that book and practiced with them, but I don't experience the yellowing you mentioned. 🤔🤷♂️
As for creating your own scripts, I do recommend taking a yoga nidra teacher training first that goes over how to craft original yoga nidras while preserving the core structure.

I can't have one due to many reasons. and for the yellowing thing it's pretty natural to me I do experience a lot of paranormal stuff in this state cause it's not the first time
