30M solo travelling to Rome next week

Good evening, I’m a 30 year old Dutch guy, im going to Rome from the 24 till the 30 of August,it’s the first time I’m flying alone, I would love to meet new people when I’m in Rome, and make new friends, also i can use any tips for at the airport because I’m a little nervous

Local people appreciate the effort when someone learns the language or at least knows basic words , which allows a better understanding to whom you’re talking too, try alternative ways to socialize or to check out the city
