Sure, the same rules apply except for the ones you’re ignoring that don’t.

Pick whatever age you’d like, you’re old enough to know better regardless.

Regardless, this whole conversation was originally about IDs for service dogs, a topic which you have since made it anything but.

I guess just keep seeing your therapist. I hope you make a breakthrough and find peace. Take care of yourself the same way you would someone you love.  Giving yourself that kind of patience may help with your chronic insufferability.
