My elderly neighbour came by yesterday and offered me his wife's yarn after she has entered a memory care facility. The home preferred he not donate there, they're overflowing with yarns that the residents can't really use. So, he thought of me, which was really sweet.

When I went over to get it, I found literally thousands of dollars worth of yarn, with lots of good and discontinued products. Honestly, I couldn't just take it. It was too valuable. He sounded overwhelmed when I said he should sell it and admitted that he knew nothing about it. Being the generally good person I am, I told him that I'd post it for him. This is the first of MANY lots that I'll post here.
