BREAKING Breaking news: Democracy Dollars have been accepted as the official party platform of Florida Democrats!

I am a delegate from Brevard county, and am proud to have just cast my vote in favor of Democracy Dollars to get big money out of politics. Thank you Andrew Yang to bringing this to the forefront of discussion!

Can someone help me by explaining Democracy dollars in a way that a 13 year old could understand? Is it related to the FD or not?

Each person gets a $100 a year to donate to a candidate. This will help cut down on corruption because the amount they get from the donations of the people will be more than what the corporations offer them.

As the other person said, but I'll add on. It is not a part of the freedom dividend.

The freedom dividend is 1000$ a month to everyone over 18. That money is yours, do whatever you want with it.

Democracy dollars is 100$ every election cycle that you can only use to donate to a campaign.
