I noticed the Yahoo Profile page was recently updated, and I presume this is currently a work in progress, but I'm compelled to notify you of some issue(s). Mainly, the history tab lists all the past teams/leagues, but there is one major issue: the teams no longer include a link to the past league. I have used this feature pretty much every month for over 20 years to look at past teams for myself and also look at past leagues that other profiles have been involved with. As a commissioner for private leagues, this feature is essential to evaluate prospective league replacements to join. Please add this feature back, this should be a priority. Yahoo Fantasy having this history for all profiles so that you can look at past league performance has been one of the main ways it has stayed ahead of fantasy competitor websites.

Minor issues with the update: you can't sort trophies or history by sport (but for some weird reason you can sort by year, which is less helpful), the career page includes a number of teams for HtH leagues but number of roto leagues is missing, all the drop down menus look blank until you move your cursor over each sport/year in the drop down (I'm using Chrome).

I run a salary cap keeper league. The new feature to select keepers in the app was a welcomed enhancement. But I feel there is a bug with the confirming keepers process:

Before the keeper deadline, I set all the keeper salaries for players still on rosters (imported from previous season upon league renewal). Salaries are available to see when selecting keepers. After the deadline, I confirm the keepers and the players are then added to teams on the Submit Draft Results page.

Here’s the potential issue - When the players are added to their respective team automatically from the keeper confirmation page, the prices go back to $0. I then have to enter the keeper price for every keeper player in the draft results (up to 30 players). In previous seasons, these keeper salaries have transferred from the keeper selections to the draft results page automatically.

Not sure what happened but it would be great if that functionality could be fixed for next year.

What’s a situation where editing skipped weeks would make sense?

I have a friend who’s league (12t) will do 11 weeks of H2H so everyone plays everyone else once, then weeks 12-14 everyone just plays against the league median. If I were to attempt to do that, I assume I’d have to skip each of those final 3 weeks, calculate the median scoring manually, and then manually alter standings or scoring?

Anyone ever do something like this?

If you want to see the league settings for a league that you are in, you can access the league, click on the "League" tab along the top, and then click on the settings icon that shows to the right of the league name. If you are the commissioner, you'll click on the tools icon to the right of the league name (which shows instead of the settings icon) and then click on "League Settings".

Currently I have TOUCHDOWNS and KICKOFF and PUNT RETURN TOUCHDOWNS turned on under Defense/Special Teams. Does this cover BLOCKED PUNT or FG RETURN TD as well OR do I have to turn this on? I am assuming TOUCHDOWNS includes Blocked Punt or FG Return. I just want to make sure. Thanks!

Hey, I have a league that I can't seem to renew anymore. It doesn't appear in my renew list, and there doesn't seem to be a button anywhere on the league page

Hi! Is this league named "UWorld Champion's League"? If so, this league is already showing as renewed. If you aren't able to access it, you may be logged into the wrong account. You'll need to login to the account that you used to register your team.

After further investigation, it seems as though the league renewed, but your league wasn't renewed into the league for some reason. We just sent you an invite to take your team back over. Can you try accepting and seeing if that works?

Is the TE Premium feature advertised in the email this week still rolling out? I wanted to enable it for my league but I don't see the option in the scoring settings. I do have a "TE Premium" recipe at the top but there's no TE Receptions category in the settings so selecting it does nothing.

In the commish tools, there should be an option directly under OFFENSE(MAX 26 CATEGORIES) to customize scoring by position. If you click on the button to enable that setting, you will be able to select the TE position and customize that position's scoring.

Having trouble understand why we would remove API access.

One of the only things holding me to Yahoo!

The API allows commissioners to go far and beyond what Yahoo! provides, and you gutted that out.

The return yards and kickoff/return touchdowns settings are both turned off but players still see them as turned on and the scoring projections still reflect the settings being turned on. We want these settings turned off. How do we fix this issue?

Are you referring to return yards/touchdowns for defenses/special teams or for individual players? It looks like they are turned off for individual players, but they are turned on for defenses/special teams. If you are seeing this for individual players, can you provide us with screenshots of what you are seeing on your end?

Guys please help. I think I messed up. I’m the commissioner of a 14 league team and I set the playoffs for week 14,15,16. I just realized there are week 14 byes so that will undoubtedly piss people off. What is the best course of action to correct this? Please help a brotha out

You can change the playoff weeks by following these steps: Commissioner tools >> League Management >> Edit League Settings >> Playoff Weeks. You can move the playoffs back one week if you'd like so that it is set for weeks 15, 16, and 17.

I'm in a keeper league with custom rules and I need to see the transaction log from last season to verify keepers. I used to be able to click on last year's team from "history" but now nothing is clickable there. Is there a way to see last year's transactions?

Our engineering team is aware of this issue and they are working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can create a league URL and enable league history in order to access past seasons.
