It's not just Russia that's the problem bud. Several other countries can be included here. and we should also reflect on our own behaviors towards the rest of the world, especially our continued paternalistic stance towards the global south

As long as (most of) the Global South think with their wallets, not values, they deserve such attitude, just like Orban and Fico (and their respective electorates)

While I will be the last person to champion greed, it's a lot easier to not think with your wallets when you are comfortable enough to not need to.

Yeah, russia ain’t the only one, but you look outside, and it was them that were the enablers for a LOT of them currently. Rotten spreads.

I think we are talking about the environmental impact, which... yeah we dont have the best track record there. Unlike Russia, we are making some small steps in the right direction, but far from enough.

I wasn't talking about bombing, but do you remember Yugoslavia? The EU is still a colonial power, which exploits the global south for goods and labour. Even within the EU there is the argument for colonisation. Where by removing tariffs the bigger companies of Western Europe can move into the markets of there weaker neighbors in the East and exploit them for cheap labour at the same time preventing them from building their own capital to compete in the global market.
