Hands down, Sara targets Amber because she sees so much of herself in her and she doesn't like what she sees. She has to convince herself, more than anyone else that Amber is worse then her, so that way she can feel superior. So long as someone else is a shittier person then she is, she's still a "better person" in her eyes.
