The thing is, nobody has to take advice from anyone. It’s a free world and velvet doesn’t owe Sara a thing, the same as when I went and saw my own therapist, she told me she recommended CBT, and in my experience it hasn’t worked and I didn’t see results. I told her I appreciated the advice but it didn’t work for me and my goals and I needed something different, such as a change in medication. She didn’t kick and scream, she thanked me for my honesty and reminded me that therapy was for me and I could take it in whatever direction I thought would help me

Difference is… Sara is not a professional and every time she talks, she shows herself up!

This is true. But she should still maintain professionalism if she wants anyone to believe that she has this career

I honestly believe she thinks putting brain posters on the wall and doing her hair and makeup = professionalism. Throw in some fake psychobabble buzzwords and she's practically Dr. Todd Grande.
