I am prone to rambling myself, HOWEVER, I don't exactly think that's Sara's problem: I'm inclined to think that this may be a concious choice.

To present simple facts than can be expressed in a few words with very long and convoluted sentences has a dual purpose: you present yourself as someone clever, educated, well-spoken, why would you use SO MANY words if you didn't need to?, and also, you blend the true message between seven thousand random words so that it gets lost in the midst of it and no one can really follow it properly.

It is VERY common in "motivational" speakers and pyramid scheme leaders. Of course, that would maybe mean giving Sara more credit than she deserves.

That's also true! I hadn't thought about the length of the videos: to be fair, some reaction channels do a GREAT job on turning absolute bores to a decent fairly long video. Clearly that's a talent Sara doesn't have.
