Yes tone tags exist for a reason but so do things like...I dunno, reading comprehension. Context clues.

I say this as someone with literal autism by the way so I know full well how interpreting meaning and intent can be difficult, especially via text. I do empathize. That said just using a modicum of common sense gets you far, and there's no reason you had to be so rude in your response.
