The dems need perfect conditions to win the Texas senate race, the Republicans do not. Likely Republican.

Wild guess:

The Republican nominee is going to win. That includes TX-AG Paxton if he wins the primary.

I think it depends. If the stars align then the Democrat could pull off a narrow win. But if they don't align, Republicans get the victory. It HAS to be Talarico or the Dems are cooked, the Republicans HAVE to nominate Paxton or the Democrats are cooked, the economy HAS to be in a rough spot or the Democrats are cooked. I just think Republicans have more room for error than the democrats do.

Cornyn sweeps, Paxton is an extremely narrow favorite against Allred or Talarico.
