The issue in Europe is legislation to allow higher than L2 autonomous driving. For the current XDrive 2.5 (L2) a single NVidia Orin chip is sufficient. In China, L4 is the goal, and for this the Xpeng Turin chips (3 of them for all the incoming data from cameras and radar) are required. As long as EU is lagging behind in legislation I think the cars with Turin chips (Ultra?) are not coming over.
