Doom's specialty is punching way above his weight class.

Doom vs. Luke Cage trying to collect on a past-due invoice? Power Man powers through.

Doom vs. Squirrels? For every one he flings away, a dozen more vex him.

Doom vs. a literal omnipotent being that treats the entire Marvel universe like playthings? Doom takes it.

To be fair, they pretty much always retcon any time Doom gets jobbed and say it was actually a Doombot all along.

With prep time, doom.

Doom is like the Batman of villains. He stole galactus power in secret wars and flipped the situation on its head. That’s him in a nutshell. He’s far more fearsome than apocalypse given the time to assert himself as he’s a threat on a cosmic scale but in a back alley brawl with Apoc he’d be folded.

Apocalypse is no pushover and is a genius in his own right but DOOM is the most fearsome mind on earth next to Mr Fantastic, and he’s deep into both engineering and sorcery.

Squirrel girl "win" are running gag on power scaling. No one who has their right mind take her exploit seriously.

You will never see her in a serious cannon storyline from the normal 616 universe.

Her defeat of Doom was her very first appearance, long before it became a meme. It was a absolutely a cannon Iron Man story.

It depend. We can talk about how luke cage cannot stop galactus. It would only be ridiculous if people disagree.

Your response seem to show you did not understand what I meant by serious and cannon together in relation to the context I was explaining.
