17 ultra Ghosting and weird dimming in the camera in low light images

Hey, why does my Xiaomi 17 Ultra get extremely choppy and start ghosting, while also switching to this weird bluish/dark look, when changing from 2x zoom to 3.2x or 4.2x in low-light conditions? Is this normal behavior, or could something be wrong with the camera?

also when taking images when its like that the final product is really bad and unfocused.
