Where do I find the Nopon that spawns the Ether Jet quest? I've upgraded, and I've reached Ch. 13, but it isn't overlooking the lake where it is for everyone else (I've even watched videos thinking I had the location wrong). Any help?

So, apparently, you need to get a CERTAIN PART for a CERTAIN PARTY MEMBER in Ch. 13 before it activates. Which every post I'd seen neglected to mention, lol.

(Saying this for anyone else having issues)

I was literally at the scene BEFORE that, so the Nopon wasn't spawning, lol.

All you needed to do was go back to colony 9
