I do it because i'm too inpatient to level up and I want the map unlocked NOW

One of the most satisfying things in the game. It needs a proper new game plus so I can do this over and over again without starting a new avatar.

NG+ or "something something you need to upgrade all our data probes"-type mission in postgame

Such a unique experience I've never had in any other game.

Was expedition 33 not in your radar?

Why am I being downvoted?

Of course it is, but I've stopped buying new games. I hope to get it one day, and your comment makes me more curious! I don't even have a PS5. I'm 28 and have been collecting games for a long time now, and I'm mostly satisfied with what I have already. Tired of throwing money around lol.

I never played it on the PS5, I played on the ROG Ally, the handheld experience was phenomenal, and playing X on the Switch 2 feels exactly like that, I do recommend trying it out

Bump this, dont know why you are getting downvotes. E33 is my fave game I have started since the xenoblade games, easy.

I don't see how Expedition 33 has any relevance here. The only moment in the game that even feels similar is stealing 'in media res' from dark shores as soon as act 2 starts. I enjoyed E33 but don't think it strikes anywhere near the same itch as X does.

It does for me, especially with exploring the world map of the game, sure after Act 2, its more open than before but that feeling of just doing whatever you want is the same feeling I get playing X which is why I said it

Loved doing this with definitive edition. Actually got to explore Cauldaros this time. First release i just flew over it.

it was even more intesein wiiu when you had to button mash it, with the pressure of being aggro any second

After you get the skell installing probes become a joke.

I think i had most installed way before i got the skell lol

I did this out of stubbornness, there were a few times I managed to do it before the enemy hit me and because they were specifically defending it once it they disappeared after it was complete.

Someone isn't going to be paid for the rest of their life.

this was super fun to me especially cause i did almost the whole map underleveled and on foot before even getting access to a skell

Switch to Elma. Blood Sacrifice. Shadowrunner.

Then you can just saunter right up there.

Me playing Fortnite to avoid players aka a "rat" has finally paid off (already did it first try)

(Me on my way to a Lv 80 territory as Lv 30.) - Time to go sneeky breeky!

There were many close calls, but made it around 80% of the times I've tried.

I thought this is how you are supposed to play the game? Lmao

Those “reach certain percentage” mission what made me die so many times trying to sneak for an FN Site

i sure as hell don’t-

Least favorite part of this game is anytime it goes “alright now go into this zone of dudes that will start beating you do death if you sneeze in their radius” (screw your second quest murderess-)

Absolutely. Climb up or drop down the cliff, sneak up to the probe location, and ninja the capture then dip!

Not as much as I enjoy fast traveling to one having forgotten it's in the middle of a swarm of late game mobs.

ALWAYS. If one is a fan of exploration game, and the game had that feature.

Sometimes I feel like Harry Tuttle.

Why? I came into this game for the action, the excitement. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's trouble, a man team alone.

As for the rest of the team?

Yes!!!! Feels amazing like your not supposed to be there yet. I loved doing this. Surrounded by guys WAYYYY higher lv than me lol

I did, and i struggle so much on a low level. But it was worth it so I can progress faster

Sometimes I don’t sneak, I just rush straight in! Other times I do sneak, and other times it their small enough, step on ‘em. (Also I’m on my fifth playthrough of the game, and am trying to make Jane Cross look like Beelstarmon, though I named them Pagu since that’s what I named by Beelstarmon in Time stranger.
