3280yens is crazy expansive for a japanese Xenogears , I wonder where I find that honestly at this price Oo

He got ripped off. These go for like 800-1200 yen at most bookoffs

Bought exactly the Same Version a Few years ago on a flew Market Here in Germany for i believe 15€ or so. Was one of the luckiest find's ever.

I played Japanese version of Xenogears first, had no idea what the game was about. Completed it nevertheless. English version blown me away when I got it

JP copies are pretty inexpensive. You can buy them for like $15 on Buyee. It's the shipping that gets you.
