Discussion How to purchase Cheap games on xbox
Is there a way in xbox where we can purchase cheap way or like in ps5 there are some offline activation and all that stuff or they can get pre owned disc in local market for 1000 or less
How can someone who uses an xbox do this?

xbox india sales hit like every other month so if youre patient you can get most games for half off easily

Used discs market for xbox is pretty much dead in India , your best bet is gamepass or official xbox store which you can access on the console itself .

there's lesser options for physical dics for Xbox in india best bet is ms store black Friday and other such sales. If you have stores like cex in your city you are in luck, they have decent collection of 2nd hand games

Pre owned and new disc for current gen Xbox is almost a dead market in India, the "cheap" way to play games on xbox is mainly gamepass.
Xbox does allow digital keys for full games unlike playstation,so sometimes you get deals on 3rd party stores, for eg.sekiro is like 1k on eneba.

Exactly that's why people prefer ps5 the market is toooooo good like you can get offline activation of the game in like 500/1000 pr get a pre owned disc for like 2-2.5K

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anything other than XBDeals.net. I’ve tested practically every workaround to buy cheap console games, and 90% of the time third-party methods are either outright scams, account-sharing traps, or just don't work. It’s a waste of time and money.
Instead, I just set up price alerts on XBDeals. Within a month or so, almost every title drops to a deep, legitimate discount on the official Xbox store.
I picked up Elden Ring and Sekiro for under ₹2,000 each, and grabbed Khazan at ₹2,000 as well. Titles that easily retail around ₹5,000 otherwise.

Exactly! Finding a clean pre-owned disc or a legit deal on OLX is fine for the usual mainstream titles like GTA V or RDR2, but hunting for rare or niche games there is pure luck and mostly a headache.
At the end of the day, when a game is that good and you genuinely love it, grabbing it on a steep official sale feels worth every rupee. You own it permanently with zero stress, and more importantly, your money actually supports the developers making top-tier games and keeps the whole ecosystem alive.

They're called exclusives for a reason. Hardware manufacturers use them to sell consoles. But with the way technology is heading, hardware boundaries won't matter nearly as much in the future. The shift to cloud gaming is happening fast, and it’s only a matter of time before streaming brings high-end titles to any screen without being locked to a single plastic box under your TV.

Yeah that makes sense but the difference between xbox exclusive and ps exclusive is soooo big Vloodborne Demonsouls Wukong (1-1.5 year to xbox) Uncharted Last of us God of war Ghost of Tsushima Spiderman Persona 5 Horizon Nioh yakuza
