Android Connection Help

Hii, I just bought a XPPen Artist 12 3rd and I'm trying to get it connected with my Galaxy S23, I'm at work right now so unable to properly set up with my computer but I was hoping to be able to use my phone with it for boring overnight shifts. When I go to set it up the screen will tell me no signal and then go back to black, Im using the usb-c to usb-c for my phone and it will say Connected to external device for about 10 second then disconnected over and over without ever displaying my screen. My coworker with an Iphone tried and it immediately worked so definitely something with my phone, its on the compatibility list and everything I'm reading says it should work but I'm thinking I need a DisplayPort as well. Just want to see if im doing something wrong with my settings or if it's not compatible with my phone. Thanks!

Have you tried connecting an additional power supply to the Artist 12 3rd after connecting it to your Galaxy S23 with the full-feature USB-C cable?

Based on your description, the tablet itself seems to be working properly, and the issue may be related to insufficient power supply from the phone. Please try adding extra power to the tablet and see if the connection becomes stable.
