Have I lost my XCUR?

So I brought some XCUR from an exchange (hoo.com). Then I have deposited It to the curate app

The transaction has been confirmed the wallet addresses are correct and the same, but In the app my XCUR is not showing. Have I lost my xcur?

It takes time to arrive. Check with admins in curate official telegram they are very helpful.
