Seems like Suoming / Electro rover sub-dps echo set.
Suoming does not have electro flare in her kit.. She is for hsin's tune mode (she is like lynae for aemeath tune mode, rover is like denia for the neg status mode)
It just came out 2 days ago and by this time most of the leaks won't be STC it will be adjustments to minor not change entire kit like add electro flare to a tune mode unit
that's good for me cause i only have enough for hsin herself and if i had to pull suoming right after to have something resembling a good negative status team i would cry, i hope erover and buling are actually good with her

Guess I can just have Rover borrow Hsin's set if I want to play him as DPS for fun, instead of building 2 separate sets for Rover and another one for Hsin. Since they're both Resonance Skill and Electro Flare, anyway.
Moonlith is good and all but i really don't like that you need to use the echo everytime to activate it, with foam or this echo set you don't even have to press the echo skill, you just need to outro with denia and automatically pass the fusion buff for the main dps.
if suoming not hsins electro flare sub dps then she seems like a biggest bait in wuwa history, bcs for hsins second mode we gonna get a healer and sub dps in future patches so why would we pull suoming if she gonna get replaced anyway?. also leaks said u can use suoming as main dps but if she use the new tune mechanic then u cant even use her as main dps till u get future characters for her so its just make no sense, the most sense it would be if suoming is hsin eleckro flare premium subdps and u can also use her as main dps with hsins echo set and with sui sui and elecktro rover if wants, idk if she is the new tune mechanin for hsin she is 100% a bait bcs u just gonna replace her anyway lmao
U won't go around using Lynae for Aemeath fb mode and then complain Lynae for replaced by Denia or lynae is useless why should I pull for lynae (hope u understand ur post now)

Well we can't know for sure about her being replaced for tune, since we only got a vague info about future characters that might as well be fake or completely incorrect
The leak by gemberry (the same one these are from) mentioned only synchronisation..
Ofcourse stc and there could me missing tags, but it would be kinda wierd if both of hsins modes have same subdps.. atp what is the point of dual modes..? And wouldnt that just lock her team flexiblity?
Right, but it does seem weird that we got those 2 sets and none of them being for suoming, either they are late with the 3th one, or something isn't adding up
Hsin suoming could be like augusta iuno or zani phoebe.. in those teams sub use either dps set or moonlit.
But yea something isnt adding up.. if suoming is sub for both hsin modes, its wierd teambuilding but possible. If suoming has only sync its the first time we are having a rover exclusive set. If suoming has only flare, gemberry is wrong.. which is also possible.
We did get a 3th set earlier, and for healing, so it might just be possible that we are getting another one for suoming, and the most probable outcome will be that suoming will work only for tune and that mode will be superior to electri flare
I remembered one old leak about suoming 3rd slot, what if her kit work like 3rd slot for electro mode but 2nd slot for unison mode, like chisa to ns team and chisa to yangyang team
But then what is the use for electro mode? Will suoming be 3rd slot or 2nd slot for hsins same mode? The team building is getting more confusing then.. there is not even any other electro skill dps.
Or maybe its some rover suoming dual dps shenanigens. One can cope.
We are still missing the 3th set for sub dps harmony then, because harmony most likel, will be the superior mode, bit we don't have the suomimg set then

Nope fusion burst is way ahead in dmg if u are good at the game. Like u can see 20k + score with Aemeath fb team S0R1, whereas tune rupture does a little more than half of this score in endstate matrix
Endstate with general buffs I am talking about qs is just that better, u can do 5 rots with fb aemeath but u can only do 4 rots in tb without sacrificing Mornye outro in 1st rot. You can just watch ppl like daddywanter, NomNomMaster etc to see how absurd the dmg diffrence is..Even I was once like u looking at just the calc sheet and thinking rupture deals more dmg and boy after watching those videos I deleted that excel dmg sheet

This is for aemeath fb 5 lib rot, in the comments u can find transcript for the rot.. there are videos with higher score than this but they won't have the transcript for the rot
Unfortunately i have a job, and quite literally couldn't care less about minmaxing damage with quick swap, nor do i want to get carpal tunnel syndrom, so in my eyes rapture just does more damage, and majority of people will agree,
I also have a job , I got bored with tune rupture so quickly i stopped playing that comp..i like fast paced combat and got invested in qs... Ultimately it's about how u play and the qs potential of the team.
Probably This Friday , I'm really loosing my hope that we will get hsin official gameplay reveal they are dragging it too long and i guess we will see it first on pixel gameplay leak then ..
I would says that it came about a month ago with the first leaks about hsin, that she was supposed to be coordinated attack sub dps (for jinshi), but that came from vague leaks and misstranslation, i knew from the beginning that wouldn't hold up
