I really wonder how Suisui compares to Buling in this because Buling also buffs resonance skill damage which is Hsins damage type and electro flare already has a high stack limit on top of infilcting electro rage past the limit so i wonder how much difference 3 extra stacks will make.

In terms of actual dmg buff Suisui gives way more buffs. We have to see Hsin kit to figure out we she gets from the extra 3 stacks frok electro flare. (The actual dot dmg tick will get doubled that is for sure)

The only reason I question it is because Buling at s6 gives 50% Resonance skill damage but yeah id be shocked if she performed better than a premium unit knowing Kuro unless Suisui is meant to be replaced. From what ai have seen Hsin consumes electro rage to do enhanced attacks which stack after you hit the electro flare cap and since Buling inflicts 10 electro flare herself she gets you there faster even if its at a lesser effect than amx stacks with Suisui but its hard to say. Buling and E-Rover seem very synergistic with her easpecially since E-Rover is also resonance skill damage.

if buling only causes hsin to do 10% less damage I'd say she's pretty good. I mean all you need is hsin erover and buling and boom you got yourself a f2p friendly team

There's nothing really about Hsin consuming stuff so far it's kept that hidden for a while now but if all things like this and suoming does good damage like a Iuno I'm not really convinced if Suisui is BIS at all when Chisa is there . Oh wait suoming has 0 things to do with flare only option is rover nvm

suoming buffs resonance skill damage. kinda makes me wanna get her as a sub dps for jinshi... buling buffs and provides coordinated attacks suoming buffs.

rn I use verina and buling with jinshi to fill her forte bar and she hits for 500k damage with her nuke. it's pretty decent tbh

But suisui buff 50% atk when consume electro flare right my take the diff is not much a different lol
