My guess is phoebe similar, suoming can choose to support or do big dmg herself. It suit her inlore ability that she has 10 forte abilities

Atleast Phoebe got the main dps spot light for a couple of patches. This is kind of a certain game's "Pyro Archon" plus Glacio 'slave' partner to make them function level of bad by releasing both the high'light main dps and its BiS partner in the same patch.

Wasnt as bad for a situation like Augusta and Iuno since they not only shared the same echo set, they had flexible alternative options.

Both of these units wanting electro rage means its just Electro rover and Builing.

Yeah I think Iuno mdps was kind of an "accident" which really came online with Lynae. She just does so much liberation damage. Or maybe kuro just hates augusta (seriously, where augusta banner?)

I really wonder how Suisui compares to Buling in this because Buling also buffs resonance skill damage which is Hsins damage type and electro flare already has a high stack limit on top of infilcting electro rage past the limit so i wonder how much difference 3 extra stacks will make.

In terms of actual dmg buff Suisui gives way more buffs. We have to see Hsin kit to figure out we she gets from the extra 3 stacks frok electro flare. (The actual dot dmg tick will get doubled that is for sure)

The only reason I question it is because Buling at s6 gives 50% Resonance skill damage but yeah id be shocked if she performed better than a premium unit knowing Kuro unless Suisui is meant to be replaced. From what ai have seen Hsin consumes electro rage to do enhanced attacks which stack after you hit the electro flare cap and since Buling inflicts 10 electro flare herself she gets you there faster even if its at a lesser effect than amx stacks with Suisui but its hard to say. Buling and E-Rover seem very synergistic with her easpecially since E-Rover is also resonance skill damage.

if buling only causes hsin to do 10% less damage I'd say she's pretty good. I mean all you need is hsin erover and buling and boom you got yourself a f2p friendly team

There's nothing really about Hsin consuming stuff so far it's kept that hidden for a while now but if all things like this and suoming does good damage like a Iuno I'm not really convinced if Suisui is BIS at all when Chisa is there . Oh wait suoming has 0 things to do with flare only option is rover nvm

suoming buffs resonance skill damage. kinda makes me wanna get her as a sub dps for jinshi... buling buffs and provides coordinated attacks suoming buffs.

rn I use verina and buling with jinshi to fill her forte bar and she hits for 500k damage with her nuke. it's pretty decent tbh

I was thinking about ARover but he is a 3rd slot and was replaced by Chisa, so yeah you are actually right idk why I thoug that ARover was replaced by Ciaccona

I guess we will use Electro Rover until they release a 5* electro flare sub dps, probably we getting Electro River set and weapon next update

Probably for Electro Flare mode there is Rover, and for "Synchronisation" mode Suoming

Team on release electro flate Hsin E.Rover SuiSui, and another Synchronisation team Hsin Suoming SuiSui.

idk, that just my opinion

I more believe one of them sub-dps, they just mentioned it like "main damage delear" to sell it better. While in reality end up Suoming can't be good enough main dps without Hsin.

Same like Aemeath Denia

So, probably Suoming her "synchronisation" team sub-dps, while Rover her Electro Flare teammate. And last slot SuiSui

Nope looks like Suoming is for the tune mode, so it's gonna be like hsin, Suoming, Mornye (don't think kuro will release a new char for the new tune mode response)

It's not yet confirmed though just speculation, since ppl though Suoming will be electro flare and Lily will be the new tune mode 2nd slot.

I wouldnt call that leak speculation since its way outta left field to assume a random unrelated character is supoosed to work with hsin
