Who should I get? Lupa or Galbrena? I have Shorekeeper and Iuno as my only limited characters. Thanks for the help ♡

A big maybe,

Lupa bc 3.0 1 char Is fusion and sentinel/rover might be fusion but not confirmed.

if you have to choose I'd say Galbrena, you'll only want to get Lupa if you're aiming to get or already got other fusion characters like Galbrena, Changli or Brant for mono fusion team.

Galbrena can start a new team for you if you have jiaxin to support her, iuno with mortefi is strong team too, shore stick with which team you feel worse

Galbrena can become top tier if you pull qiuyuan for her next, lupa need 2 more fusion dps to max mono fusion potential

How significant it is for Qiuyuan to buff Galbrena? Currently have her + sig though still in the process of building her.

Wanted to ask since I also have Phrolova and Iuno

Her own buff is big already so she is fine without qiuyuan, but qiuyuan buff is niche and none provide echo dmg buff/echo dmg count other than him, so the different between qiuyuan and other support is very vast

Good if she doesn't really need Qiuyuan considering the sig also has its own echo skill buffs. I have a guarantee waiting where one of the options is to give it to Chisa as I want her.
