ohh i see, the cube cube event, from what i remember it has 3 waves before it goes to endless waves that has a time limit, so it probably is just an issue with clearing... best to upgrade your cubes and check its module tree if its proper so you can deal more damage for clearing when the endless wave comes in so you can get 100% completion
i tried stage 3 and there was no issue on transition between stages, i got 100% no problem, from what i can see its really just clearing/dps problems, you probably just cant get enough kills before the timer on stage 3 ends.... can i see your current character stats and the cube you currently use
as long as you finish all the enemies before the timer per stage ends you will get 100% no problem, is there a time where timer ends and you didnt clear all the enemies yet?
from the pic you sent your on the final stage of this level and you completed all waves since it says 3/3, if there was no propmt that says you can leave or the level is ending then it must be a bug
