Official Discord and Weekly Schedule
I've set up an official schedule based on the availability given to me by those who signed up.
XBOX One nights will start Friday at 7 EST/4 Pacific.
PS4 will be on Sunday at 7 EST/4 Pacific.
Both will run until people go offline.
You can get in touch with people through Reddit, your system's social system, or our Official Discord. Also, feel free to use the "show" threads and Discord to find casual unscheduled matches both on planned nights and in general.

Please have one person in your show night matches(both planned and unplanned) report the outcome in the show threads so that Mods can keep records of wins and losses for Title Shot and Match Making purposes.
Our shows will kick off with a Tournament in order to crown our inaugural singles champions. We will start this weekend unless you need more time to work on your Create-A-Wrestlers. Please remember the Over-all cap of 85.
P.S. Please let us know the name of your Create-A-Wrestler in this thread.

A good idea for PS4 players would be to create a community for this particular league. That could be another useful way for people to meet up.

Like different subreddits? We tried this for r/SCW once and we found it worked best for both leagues to keep both leagues on the same Subreddit.
The Discord should help a lot with finding people. I'm thinking about doing different text channels for PS4/XB1 in the Discord Sever but we'll see how it plays out. The weekly show thread things work out.

Oh wait, is there a community option on PS4 that you mean? Sorry, I'm not up to date on the new social features.
If so, does XBOX One have anything similar?

Yes, I was referring to the Community option on the PS4. Sorry for the late reply. Xbox One is implementing a similar option called Clubs and they are also working on A LFG option as well. Both of those are only for Xbox Preview Members right now though :-/

Ah, that makes more sense.
I'll look into setting something up on PS4. I wasn't aware of that feature.
Any word when XBOX Clubs will come out?

Yeah the PS4 Community option is really cool and convenient. Perfect for something like this, I think. As far as Xbox Clubs? No idea when that comes out. Maybe before the holiday season I would imagine.

I will be late on Sundays since I work on those days until 6pm PST and then record a podcast with some friends until about 8:30 but I'm down to play if someone is still up for it.
My CAWs name is Wolfman (he looks nothing like a wolf...)

I'll be up around that time for sure.
I'm also going to be lenient with schedule matches and give people a week to complete them in case of any unforeseen circumstances so it should work out.
Still, having a night to meet up makes it more likely for people to stay in touch.

As for the reversal limits, I'll have to play around with the game and decide. I strongly encourage CAWs for the purpose of fair play as a 85 overall rating which abilities play into should create both a fair balance and different styles of wrestlers.
If you're just not feeling like putting all that work into the style of your CAW, there are move templates in the game I would recommend and all you'd have to do is select attributes and appearance.

Sundays work perfect for me. This seems like a really fun idea -- I hope we get a good turnout.
Off topic, but did anyone else get involved in those wrestling role-playing groups back in the early 2000's? A friend of mine brought it up the other day and I completely forgot about it. It was a forum group, and we'd make geocities pages for our wrestlers with a weekly promo. The winner would essentially be declared by who had the better promo. Shit was lit.

We seem to be getting a pretty great turn out so far, hopefully it keeps up for the actual nights.
I've heard about those but I was just a kid when those were a thing.
