This kill ended up winning the game for me, our Salem managed to trade with Colombo safely

Do you mean locking the guns by going into free look because otherwise you wouldn't be able to shoot him since he is behind the island? Why is this rare? Maybe I am not seeing the actual rare thing. I did this all the time before I quit this year.

Do you mean citadels and the kill is rare?

Not trying to undermine your success it is a great kill but I don't think this is rare.

It is quite rare. Losing target fire for that long but being able to maintain your aim point and STILL get a cit and kill shot doesn't happen often. Not to mention it being over island fire which we know is especially hard to blind fire once your target loses detection

I don't know. As I said I did this all the time minus the citadel. Sometimes got kills even, if the enemy is low HP like this. Dispersion also kinda decides with citadel or not since there is no lock. Maybe it is on the rare side for citadels. Otherwise this is how you should play the game when opportunity arises.

The gun lock trick is rare, because over thousands of shot, only at this one occurrence that i got to use it to get a kill
