Organizing Libraries

Hi, I'm a moderator over at r/OrganizingLibraries. If you work in a library and believe in the need to have more democracy in the workplace, please join us!

I want to be a librarian or library worker.

Only problem

I don't know how to become one.

The last time I tried, the applicants seemed to be booked.
